Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace & not evil, to give you a future and a hope.
Father thank you for the future that we cannot see. Thank you for the hope you bestow upon us in the dark situations of life. Thank you for yet another opportunity to participate in your miracle. Thank you for loving us so much that you mature, grow and test your children. Thank you for the gifts and talents that you hid within us when you designed us Father. Thank you, in Jesus name. Amen.

I had a moment of overwhelm this week. Work, family, business ventures. It was all too much at one time. I could feel myself unraveling slowly as it began to take over and consume my every thought and action. At a certain point I was going in circles instead of accomplishing tasks. Time and time again. The more I tried to stop it, the more overwhelming it became.
However, I took a moment of pause. In that moment I moved away from every task that was before me. I just did nothing and yet focused on enjoying doing nothing. In that moment, it was a new and unthought of task, t do nothing? To have all these responsibilities before me and do none of them. However, in that nothing moment, I was able to regroup. In that moment, I was able to be still. In that moment, I was able to rest. In that moment, I was able to hear silence. In that moment, God was able to get back on the throne. In that moment, I willingly, humbly, submitted and stepped aside. In that moment a little more of my humanity was shred. In that moment, my hope was restored. In that moment, God changed the future outcome. In that moment, his peace descended upon me. In that moment, the joy of who He is in my life was restored. In that moment, I felt His joy of me, who He created. In that moment, the world made sense. In that moment.
