Jude 1:25 To God our Savior, Who alone is wise, Be glory and majesty, Dominion, and power, Both now and forever. Amen.
This past two weeks has been astounding and unbelievable. It is hard to believe that a couple of weeks ago the enemy had my mind in such turmoil about my vocation. However, this week my step is bolder and more confident without an element of fear, worry or doubt. It is filled with faith, hope and belief for a future I cannot see or experience yet. I am in a state of being ready for the next assignment that God places before me. Doing my best to stay in His will and not leaning to my own wants and desires. Seeing Him during my situation.
Happy grateful and thankful for God’s dominion and power. Trouble does not last always. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy. The mind can be the devil’s playground if we do not actively choose to participate and control our thought life. During this past couple of weeks, I have had doubt, fear and worry about my space within the organization. However, in His dominion and authority He has given me assurance that He has the final say. His say over my life is yes and amen. It started with my daily devotional calendar where each day in a unique design He reminded me that I was doing my work unto Him. If He is pleased all was well. It then was shored up with my superior sharing me as a resource for a peer. Talking, being a confidante and a resource for change helped to establish my value of self. Re-establish my worth and enabled me to see that I am enough. My Daddy, our Father did not leave me amid my trial and yet showed up and out in a dominion and powerfully established way, that only He can. In John 10:3, it states, “To him the doorkeeper opens, and the sheep hear his voice; and he calls his own sheep by name and leads them out”.
God thank you for being in control. May I share He did not stop there. May I share that He showed me His beloved daughter grace and mercy with His dominion and power. The second time I spoke with my peer, she shared that she told our superior that I am something else. Which is a compliment if you do not already know. Meaning that our conversation was not only stimulating and yet also life giving for her situation. You see our conversation did not end. I shared not one and yet two sermons with her that I heard immediately after we spoke. Days apart, both spoke to her situation. Thank you, Daddy, yet again. Thank you for showing out and dwelling during it all. Thank you for having dominion and power. That it belongs to you.
Let us be encouraged, that when our spirit is down. God is in the midst. God is walking right before us working it out. God is the champion for us all. His beloved sons and daughters. He is truly blessing us right now. We may not see it or feel it. However, He is working with dominion and power on our behalf each moment. Thank you for retaining dominion and power.
