Isaiah 26 : 3 You will keep him in perfect peace, Whose mind is stayed on You, Because he trusts in You.
Father, thank you for giving us another chance to experience your greatness. Thank you for not giving up on us. For continuing to lead, guide, direct, and love. For being our everything the creator of all. May we see you at work on us, in us and through us, each day and at every moment. In Jesus name, we pray. Amen.

Because He is the creator of all, I am here today. The same person who death called and rang its bell for almost 9 years ago, is still here today. I write this gleefully as I have just completed a 5k, 3.1 miles of running. For some this may seem a small feat. However, for one who could not breathe almost 9 years ago, this is a comeback hallelujah, testimony story of faith, perseverance, trust, belief and consistency, solely because He. You see, because He has written the journey, He knows the steps we will take to live in purpose. Because He cares so much for us, He prepares us in His own way. For me, may I share it started with the death of my father in 2018. That spurred a renewed fire in my interest in nutrition and health. This led me to begin working out with a commitment to my own personal health. That segway to me and two friends working out together four days a week. Knowing that his next was on the horizon, when that commitment began to wane, a courageous boldness rose to request a space with a new health ministry. That health ministry led to us completing a 5k yesterday, with most participants running to the finish line. Oh, what a journey He roughs in our life, because He can.

God the Father of our faith, thank you for doing what you do so well. Love, keep, protect, guide, forgive, and oh so much more. Thank you for renewed health and brand-new grace and mercy daily. Thank you for the journey. In Jesus name. Amen.
