Judge Not

Luke 6:37 Judge not, and you shall not be judged. Condemn not, and you shall not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven.

Father, we thank you for an opportunity to come before you and say thank you Lord. We thank you for peace in the midst of all the turmoil. We thank you that our mistakes do not overtake us and follow us through this life reeking havoc Father. However, mistakes and failure are yet another opportunity to see you at work. In Jesus mane. Amen.

Isolation and turmoil can create havoc in the mind. It allows an opportunity for one’s own wayward, stinking thinking to take over the body. Exhibiting bad behavior based upon perception of solely one. It allows yet another opportunity for the enemy, inner me, to relive and recount past hurts and pains. It allows for yet another tear in the heart. It allows another generation to be victim of unresolved trauma and drama. It allows for deviation from purpose and God’s vision for one’s life.

The struggle is real to see God turning our situation around. The struggle is real to have hope, faith and belief, in something we cannot see. The struggle is real to stay sane in the fast-paced environment, we find ourselves. The struggle is real to walk in a direction that is lonely and know that God has told you to go that way. The struggle is real to believe in a change for your situation. The struggle is real. However, we must persevere. We must continue to walk forward, knowing that the judgement that comes from within in a false voice. The judgment that comes from within does not have the final verdict over our lives. The judgement that comes from within does not have the final say over our journey. The judgement that comes from within is not God. God wants and desires the best for all his children. As a child of God, it is out birthright inheritance to rest in His judgement for our lives. HIs judgement reveals to us the goodness of who He is over, through and in us. So let us rejoice in the good judgement of a God, a Father, that loves all of His children unconditionally.

Father, we thank you for your judgement over our lives. That it reminds us to have faith, hope and belief in a Father who continues to know His children. Your judgement is an opportunity to see you at work in our lives. To place our hand in yours provides care and concern that only draws us closer to you Father. Help us to stay in your presence, no matter what may come to steal us aways. It is in Jesus name we pray. Amen.
