Fearfully and Wonderfully Made

Psalm 139:13 and 14 For You formed my inward parts; You covered me in my mother’s womb. I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made, Marvelous are Your works, And that my soul knows very well.

What does that mean Father? Peace in the midst of trouble. Doubt that parallels with fear. I am made to create because you created me. At one time I did not know you, the damage done to me in my youth was paralyzing me. Now there is nothing that compares to living out your word. Walking out your promises. There is nothing that compares to the joy in your presence Father. There is none like you. No man, no woman, no mother or father. Your peace and your joy dwell within.

So, to be fearfully and wonderfully made says that I am your daughter. As the daughter of a King, I have rights. I have responsibilities. A right to dwell with you. A right to tell others of your goodness. A right to speak life over my life. A right to journey on this earth with an assuredness of your love. A right to be cuddled safe and close in your arms.

These birthrights that you’ve given me are gifts and I thank you. The birth rights are inherited rewards and I thank you. These birth rights are filled with treasures and I thank you. I thank you for creating me. I thank you for the wonderful gift of being fearfully and wonderfully made. I praise you Father. I praise you for your work. It is because of your work that my soul knows, seeks and thirsts for you. It is because of your work that I have come to know you. So, Father thank you for your work. Father thank you for never giving up on me but giving me another opportunity to seek and praise you.

You are with me, so I am not afraid. You are with me and I will not be dismayed, but I will continue to seek you Father. Seek you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made.
